Learning Support Assistant x2 

31.25 hours per week, 8.35am - 3.20pm Monday to Friday

Must have Early Years experience 

We are seeking to appoint two Learning Support Assistants who are committed to ensuring the very best for our children and shares our vision of happy, successful and confident learners. The successful candidates will first be working as a part of our EYFS team.

The successful candidate would be fully supportive of our ethos and approach.

The successful candidates will:

  • have GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above.
  • Care passionately for all our children, no matter what their barriers are, or the challenges they bring into school
  • Build professional relationships with children, staff, parents and outside agencies
  • Have some knowledge and experience of safeguarding, behaviour support and pastoral support
  • Lead groups and work with and support children for whom English is not their first language
  • Liaise with teachers to support pupils and raise achievement
  • Experience of working with EAL children is an advantage
